Year 2 Fresh Air Friday
The sun has been hiding recently so Year 2 Barn Owl Class were eager to enjoy a sunny Fresh Air Friday. We had a flowery afternoon, planting foxgloves, lupins and hollyhock seeds for our bees and butterflies to enjoy. The children were all very kind to our new seeds making heart-warming comments such as "Welcome to the world baby seed." and "We'll love and care for you seed, don't worry!"
We had an observation and painting station where we painted flower stems using our water colour skills and Mrs Jones helped us understand ways to care.
