GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

World Book Day

We have had a fabulous time celebrating World Book Day at Windmill Primary School!
 
We kick started the week with a Windmill Book World Cup for Year 1 to 6. Our finalist books are Marmalade by David Walliams and GHOSTS- Horrible Histories.
 
This year's theme of World book Day has been 'Read your way' - Thank you to all families of Windmill, it had been a pleasure to see all of the books and costumes. We can truly see the efforts you have all gone to and it has made reading a celebration across the school!
