Year 3 Art Week
Last week children in Year 3 Merlin Class celebrated Art week by designing and creating their own mini worlds in a shoe box. The children started off using paintbrushes and water colours to present their ideas to paper. The children discussed the resources they needed and the purpose for each resource such as shells, straw, pebbles and coloured card.
The children have used their artistic skills to add further detail to their projects using oil pastels to add finer details. The children will be working on creating a poem of their memories and experiences of their happy place.
