GLF Schools

GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Year 4 River Poems

Year 4 Eagle Class have worked incredibly hard on their river poems. These poems are based on the Emmbrook river.
 
Resh Thorpe from Wokingham Borough Council, visited the class to talk about climate change in our area. This not only inspired their GLF presentations (shared with parents in the Curriculum Showcase), but we learned that there is a poetry competition running. Some pieces of work have subsequently been submitted as entries!
